"I recently attended a two day seminar by Datu Kelly S. Worden. I’m an instructor of two traditional
Japanese styles and have been training for over thirty years. I’ve attended numerous seminars by

I purchased the DVD, Defensive Tactics “The Foundation” 2009 by Datu Kelly S. Worden which is an
excellent training resource. It presents several open hand flow drills and defensive combat techniques
which progressively build on each other. I was particularly interested in the empty hand knife defenses
which were some of the best I’ve seen. The material is easy to follow and the format of the DVD makes
it easy to find and return to particular techniques and drills. I’ve watched it several times and continue
to return to specific parts to refine certain skills and movements. This DVD illustrates why Datu Worden
is sought by the military and police departments to train people whose lives depend on these skill sets
on a daily basis. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in expanding their martial arts knowledge
and ability. "
